Professor Raimond Luntunga came to teach us about spread sheet. Spread sheet is used for various ways. But in this class we learned mainly on how to calculate students’ GPA. In spread sheet, understanding the use of cells, columns, and rows is very important. To calculate students’ GPA, in the first column, we put the names in alphabetical order. In the second, third, forth, and fifth columns, we put the marks of the quizzes one to four. Then using Vlookup, we find the average of the quiz scores. Vlookup means to search for values in the left most column of table-array and go back to the value in the same row based on the index number. It is (value, table-array, index-number, not exact match).

Our group had a nice time by taking a movie. First, we made a movie on how to make chapati ( Indian food ). Sometimes I was acting by making chapati and sometimes I was taking a video too by the help of our group leader Esther. Even though we finished taking the first movie well we still had some problems to access that movie. So we changed our topic again into home made soap. There, we successfully finished our movie making. We gained how to make a movie and had nice relationship with friends.

Our visiting teacher Mr.Frey taught us about photo-shop practically with his professional tools in the class and out side of the class. He showed us how to adjust the stand for a steady picture. He also showed us how to focus, zoom, and take pictures. When taking video, we should turn the camera around very slowly so that we will get good image without blurring it. He also showed us how to edit the video and make movie. A good movie needs a topic, a story board, and a narration together with a proper location, light and so on.
